🙏 Working on a series of announcements Dear Community, The last two weeks have been incredibly intense for us as we’re working on introducing several upcoming updates. The team is aware of your anticipaiton of those events. Here’s what’s coming: 1️⃣ We will be launching the last community round in the very near future. It will be quite unconventional—but we really hope you’ll like the idea behind it. 2️⃣ Smart contracts & external validators. Our R&D team is currently designing a series of processes after we’ve split what was a single large development team into three full-stack sub-teams. The idea behind this concept is to increase the efficiency of the development and derisk the entire process. We’re nearing the end of this transition, after which we’ll be able to share more details with regards to the deployment of smart contracts on the testnet as well as inviting external validators to the network. 3️⃣ Support tickets. We’re nearly done here. If you didn’t receive a reply to date, or for some reason are still experiencing an issue, please reach out to sale@alephzero.org. We’re expecting the process to be entirely concluded within the next 7-10 days. ❌ Majority of the support tickets we’ve receiving have to do with folks asking about their AZERO coins not being available in their testnet wallet. ✅ Please mind that your AZERO coins are in your mainnet wallet which you have to recover at mainnet.alephzero.org using your seed phrase or the backup JSON files. 4️⃣ Double-transaction refunds. As soon as the support tickets are closed, we’ll be organizing the refunds. We’ve also received inquiries asking whether the extra funds you’ve sent to the Foundation’s wallet can be used for more AZERO allocation. And yes—it is possible, however, please wait for the last round announcement that’s coming up. 5️⃣ Brand identity lifting. Last but not least, we’re extremely grateful for your support and patience. 💪
